QUIZ!!!!!

STUDENTS!!!
OK everyone- I believe we are having difficulty studying for quizzes??? Therefore my gift to you this lovely Thursday is to give you the questions #1-5 for the quiz tomorrow. I challenge you to learn to study. You are in middle school now and with this comes responsibility. Everyone knows every Friday we have a 5 point quiz covering last weeks notes, yet each week most of you look at me like I'm and alien when I ask you a question????? So this once I am giving you the questions-in hopes this will help you look at your notes and see where I am pulling these questions from.

I know you ALL have it in you. Step up and make your parents and me proud. Most importantly honor the Lord with the good brain He has given you. Learn how to use this amazing gift which each of you have.

With the lecture being over here are the questions for tomorrows quiz:
1. What is the name of group 2 on the periodic table?
2. What is the name of group3-12 on the periodic table?
3. Give me one characteristic of a non-metal.
4. Give me one characteristic of a metal.
5. What is a metalloid?

Parents- All these questions were discussed in class and written on the board to be copied in notes. Please take time to look a your child's notes to make sure they are getting everything. Please communicate if you see areas of struggle with your child.
